Natalie Mackenzie is an incredibly talented Make Up Artist. Natalie decided to create a Beauty Emporium, a one stop beauty shop, so that clients would be able to have their make up, nails, waxing and hair done all in one place. The collective consists of some of the most skilled individual self employed professionals in Edinburgh, all operating under one roof as a collective. Indo Soul Hair was granted the commission to provide the exclusive hair salon services within the collective.
Fresha is a booking system we use to manage our Indo Soul Hair appointments at the Edinburgh salon. As Indo Soul Hair is based in the ‘Natalie Mackenzie Beauty Collective’, the clients of all the Specialist therapists and artists that form part of the Beauty Collective all use the Fresh Platform to book their clients in.
It is completely safe and secure, so please use this to book your Indo Soul Hair appointments. Follow the links from this website to the Fresha Booking website for the “Natalie Mackenzie Beauty Collective” and pick the service category (i.e. Ladies Cut & Style” or “Colour Services” you require, select your service, i.e. Blow Dry, and then make your booking. It really is as simple as that.
Your options are: Haircut, Cut & Style, Blow Dry, Restyle, Hair Up, Shave, Colour, Colour Correction, Conditioning Cream bath and massage. If you are unsure we are here to offer advice and guidance too!
Yes we can! We appreciate that not everyone wants to, or is able to, visit a salon. We are happy to visit you at you home and provide all of our services in the comfort of your own home (by appointment). We may ask you to wash you hair in advance of any appointment.
Absolutely, but again this is by appointment
If you are wanting us to apply colour or specialised products to your hair, then in most cases a skin test will be required before we can carry out the colour service. This is for your safety to ensure there are no adverse reactions. If we have previously tested you for a colour by a specific brand, a second test will not be required.
Indeed! Ani, the Indo Soul Hair owner, has completed 3 years of professional training and obtained ‘Hairdressing VTCT SVQ Level 3’. In addition to this Ani was also awarded ‘Wella Student of the Year’ prior to completing her course and also has significant experience in both college and high end salons in Edinburgh.
We can visit you at your home by appointment, or, we may be able to arrange for you to visit the salon in Edinburgh on a day when it is usually closed so that you have privacy for a cut & style.
We can take payment in cash or credit card, including Apply Pay and Google Pay etc.
We are fully insured, but we have never had to call upon our insurance!
Generally we do not offer refunds, nor have we ever been asked for any. We work with you to ensure the the finished result is what you want and makes you feel good!
